RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to absolutely love your Makkah Kids purchase. If for any reason your item isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.

Items returned outside this period cannot be accepted.

Please ensure you read our full Returns Policy before submitting a return.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met

  • All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase and an order number must be provided.
  • Sale items, discounted items, mystery bundles, samples/minor faults, swimwear, accessories, and prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Makkah Kids is not responsible for items lost in transit and cannot process returns without receiving the item.

For international customers, duties and taxes incurred when returning items are the customer’s responsibility.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, please contact us first, we may be able to hold the item for you, although availability is not guaranteed.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us as soon as your order arrives so we can fix this immediately.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We take great care packing and processing every order.

In the rare case you receive a faulty item, please email us at makkahkids.info@gmail.com with

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the fault
  • A short description of the issue

If confirmed, we will provide a full refund including shipping costs.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return has been received, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Upon approval, your refund or store credit will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

For exchanges, we will contact you to finalise the new item and shipping.

If an item was purchased with store credit or a gift card, the refund will be reissued in the same form.


PLEASE NOTE

Makkah Kids reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our conditions.
