Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed.

If your order includes printed or special items, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure all personal details (name, delivery address, email and phone number) are entered correctly at checkout, as Makkah Kids is not responsible for delays or missing parcels due to incorrect information.

During sale and peak periods, please allow an additional up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

 

ORDER SHIPPING

We ship from Australia to most countries worldwide.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in more than one parcel. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will usually be held and shipped together once all items arrive. If you would like the in-stock items to be sent earlier, please contact us – additional shipping charges may apply.

During sale and launch periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding sale/peak periods where this may take longer.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.


Australian Orders

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00
  • Express Shipping: $15.00

 

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping (New Zealand): $18.00–$25.00
  • Express Shipping (New Zealand): $35.00–$40.00
  • Standard Shipping (Worldwide): $25.00–$55.00
  • Express Shipping (Worldwide): $40.00–$70.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose to return your order, any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

For further information, please contact your local customs office as rates vary between countries.

 

ORDER STATUS

You can check the status of your order at any time by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

ORDER HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED

Please allow:

  • 7–14 business days for Standard Shipping
  • 4–7 business days for Express Shipping

International delivery times can vary due to customs processes in your country, which are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend you:

  1. Check your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
  2. Make sure the delivery address provided is correct.
  3. Contact your local post office in case of a missed delivery or held parcel.
  4. For international orders, contact your country’s postal service (or Australia Post for express parcels) and quote your tracking number.
